Return Policy

Suntracker Products strives for 100% satisfaction on your purchases. However, if there is something that you would like to return, you may do so within 14 days for exchange or a refund minus shipping and restocking charges. Suntracker will accept returns for refund or exchange in the time stated above on all our items in original and saleable condition with a 5% restocking fee. We will not accept retuns for refunds or exchanges on items that have been used, altered or damaged in any way. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all the original packaging materials and documentation.
